Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused Hairburst products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked postal service to our designated returns center; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
